About the Role
The Auditor is responsible for reviewing case files, auditing CRM activity, monitoring workflow compliance, and ensuring adherence to internal procedures and documentation standards.
This role combines case file auditing, workflow compliance monitoring, operational quality control, reporting and analysis, process oversight, and documentation review. The position serves as an independent quality control function within the firm, identifying deficiencies, compliance gaps, workflow inconsistencies, and operational improvement opportunities. A legal background is not required; the role is designed for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience in auditing, compliance, or operational review functions.
Key Responsibilities
Case File Review & CRM Auditing
