The Sales Intake Specialist – Personal Injury is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into signed clients during weekend hours, when the firm's in-house team has reduced availability.
Using approved intake scripts that balance urgency, empathy, and legal compliance, the specialist will confidently lead conversations with potential clients, guide them through the necessary intake questions, address objections, and work toward obtaining a signed retainer on the initial call whenever possible.
This is a sales-driven intake position, requiring someone who is comfortable taking control of conversations while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
The role also requires precise CRM management, persistent follow-up, and consistent achievement of conversion and case sign-up targets throughout Saturday and Sunday operations.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed clients using approved intake scripts.
Lead conversations confidently rather than allowing potential clients to control the direction of the intake.
Guide potential clients through the complete intake process.
Apply the appropriate balance of:
Ask for the signed retainer during the initial call whenever possible.
Present the retainer request naturally and appropriately based on the conversation.
Handle objections professionally.
Identify concerns or hesitation preventing the potential client from moving forward.
Work toward maximizing qualified case sign-ups.
Maintain a client-centered approach throughout the sales and intake process.
Persistently follow up with leads who have not yet signed.
Conduct follow-up through:
Maintain consistent communication with active prospects.
Address client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Respond to client inquiries promptly during weekend coverage.

3–6 years of experience in a similar:
