    The role also requires precise CRM management, persistent follow-up, and consistent achievement of conversion and case sign-up targets throughout Saturday and Sunday operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead Conversion & Intake

    • Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed clients using approved intake scripts.

    • Lead conversations confidently rather than allowing potential clients to control the direction of the intake.

    • Guide potential clients through the complete intake process.

    Work Schedule

    This is a part-time weekend coverage position, working Saturday and Sunday.
