    Job Description

    Remote – Full-Time Engagement Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM U.S. Eastern Time


    The Client Engagement & Social Media Coordinator owns the execution of the firm's organic marketing efforts by transforming strategic direction and raw content into polished, published marketing assets across every owned communication channel.

    Working closely with the Marketing Director, this role manages content creation, social media execution, CRM marketing, email marketing, Google Business Profile management, reporting, and marketing operations.

    This is a highly proactive role designed for a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who not only executes assigned tasks but also identifies new opportunities, recommends improvements, and contributes to building scalable marketing systems.

    The role is marketing-focused and does not involve legal work, case management, client representation, or direct client communication. Paid advertising strategy remains under firm leadership, while website development and SEO are managed externally.

    Success in this role is measured by consistency of execution, marketing performance, brand quality, operational organization, and continuous improvement of the firm's marketing systems.


    Key Responsibilities

    Social Media Management

    • Create, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms.
    • Write platform-specific captions in both English and Spanish.
    • Maintain a structured content calendar with scheduled, in-progress, and upcoming content.
    • Monitor engagement and respond to general comments within approved guidelines.
    • Escalate client-specific or legal inquiries appropriately.
    • Monitor social media trends and recommend improvements.

    Content Creation & Creative Production

    • Transform raw video, photography, testimonials, attorney insights, and community content into polished marketing assets.
    • Edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
    • Design branded graphics and templates using Canva.
    • Repurpose content into multiple formats across various channels.
    • Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, templates, photography, video, and testimonials.

    Copywriting

    • Write original marketing copy for:

      • Social media
      • Email newsletters
      • Google Business Profile
      • Marketing campaigns
    • Produce high-quality copy in both English and Spanish.

    • Maintain consistent brand voice across every communication channel.

    • Conduct keyword research to support organic marketing initiatives.


    Email Marketing & CRM Campaigns

    • Own the newsletter process from planning through performance reporting.

    • Build and maintain audience segmentation.

    • Manage mailing lists and contact data.

    • Schedule and distribute email campaigns.

    • Analyze campaign performance including:

      • Open rates
      • Click-through rates
      • Deliverability
      • Unsubscribes
    • Optimize future campaigns using performance insights.


    Google Business Profile Management

    • Publish weekly Google Business Profile updates.
    • Maintain accurate business information and imagery.
    • Organize testimonials and marketing assets.
    • Ensure consistency between Google Business Profile and other marketing channels.

    CRM & Marketing Automation

    • Support implementation and ongoing management of the firm's CRM and marketing automation platform.

    Marketing Optimization

    • Monitor competitor marketing activities.
    • Recommend new marketing ideas and campaign improvements.
    • Test different creative approaches and optimize performance.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
    • Utilize AI tools to improve productivity without sacrificing quality.
    • Proactively identify missing assets or process improvements.

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Build recurring marketing performance reports.

    • Consolidate reporting across:

      • CRM
      • Social media
      • Google Business Profile
      • Email marketing
      • Paid advertising dashboards
    • Track marketing performance over time.

    • Deliver daily and weekly status updates.

    • Present insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
    • Demonstrated experience writing marketing copy for multiple digital channels, with writing samples available for review.
    • Hands-on experience managing business social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and engagement management.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in content, branding, scheduling, and data management.
    • Strong creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and improve upon initial concepts.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and execute projects with minimal supervision.
    • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, copywriting, editing, brainstorming, and content repurposing while maintaining brand consistency.

    Preferred

    • Previous experience marketing for a law firm, immigration practice, or professional services organization.
    • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
    • Experience creating and managing automated email campaigns.
    • Short-form video editing experience for social media platforms.
    • Knowledge of keyword research and SEO fundamentals.

    During the first month, the team member will:

    • Review immigration law fundamentals relevant to marketing.

    • Begin documenting marketing workflows and SOPs.

    Phase 2: Guided Marketing Execution (Weeks 5–8)

    The team member will begin taking ownership of:

    Phase 3: Independent Marketing Ownership (Weeks 9–12)

    By the end of the onboarding period, the team member should independently manage:

    • Marketing reporting and analytics.
    • Process documentation.
    • Continuous optimization initiatives.

    Work Environment

    This is a fully remote position working Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM U.S. Eastern Time.

    Candidates must have:
