About the Role
The Executive Operations & Marketing Partner serves as the founder's right hand across two interconnected areas of the business:

This is an ownership role—not an administrative support position. The successful candidate is expected to independently lead initiatives, make decisions, and consistently deliver results without requiring constant direction.
Develop marketing strategies aligned with the founder's vision and business objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
Build and optimize:
Create, test, and improve landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance daily.
Analyze campaign data and continuously improve ROI.
Track and report key marketing metrics, including:
Research:
Lead and coordinate the internal creative team.
Manage:
Brief team members on:
Review creative assets before presentation to the founder.
Provide constructive feedback to improve creative quality.
Apply working knowledge of graphic design and video editing to evaluate deliverables.
Maintain an organized creative production calendar.
Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Build and manage automated workflows within GoHighLevel (GHL).
Develop:
Build and optimize landing pages connected to active campaigns.
Organize and maintain all digital assets.
Evaluate and implement new marketing tools that improve operational efficiency and consistency.
Capture ideas directly from the founder through:
Convert ideas into structured projects within Asana.
Break complex initiatives into executable tasks.
Assign:
Identify missing resources needed to complete initiatives.
Maintain visibility across all active projects.
Provide regular progress updates.
Proactively identify blockers and recommend solutions.
Source freelancers and vendors for specialized work.
Coordinate contractor relationships.
Manage:
Review completed work before presenting it to the founder.
Maintain documentation for all vendor relationships and project scopes.
Support the execution of strategic initiatives, including:
Conduct research supporting:
Evaluate:
Research market and audience trends.
Present organized recommendations to the founder.
Use AI tools to accelerate research and planning.
Coordinate communication with:
Organize meeting follow-ups.
Maintain documentation for:
Ensure discussions result in actionable outcomes.
Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience including:
Experience building automated marketing workflows.
Experience creating and optimizing landing pages.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience supporting entrepreneurs, founders, or executives.
Daily use of AI productivity tools such as:
Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-directed work style with excellent follow-through.
Experience leading creative teams.
Experience using:
Startup or entrepreneurial experience.
Experience using Frame.io.
Interest in:
Utilize Claude and AI tools for:
Deliver daily summary including:
This role reports directly to the Founder.
Performance is evaluated across both marketing execution and operational leadership.
Improve Meta Ads performance month over month, including:
Achieve or exceed landing page conversion benchmarks.
Deliver marketing automation workflows within agreed timelines.
Maintain at least 90% on-time delivery for creative assets.
Keep all active Asana projects fully organized with assigned owners, deadlines, and milestones.
Convert new founder ideas into structured Asana projects within 24 hours.
Ensure freelancer and vendor deliverables consistently meet quality expectations and deadlines.
Provide proactive daily communication with the founder, escalating blockers before they become issues.
Continuously reduce the number of unfinished or stalled business initiatives.
Additional software may be introduced as the business continues to grow.
Learn the founder's communication style and workflow preferences.
Review current projects and strategic priorities.
Audit existing marketing campaigns and assets.
