The Appointment Setter / Inbound Sales Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for every prospective customer and owns the critical period between lead arrival and appointment confirmation.

This position requires bilingual communication (English and Spanish) to effectively support the South Florida market and forms part of a broader coverage model that ensures no inbound opportunity goes unanswered.
Monitor inbound web leads continuously.
Respond to new web inquiries within five minutes of arrival.
Answer inbound sales calls promptly, professionally, and enthusiastically.
Position the company as the trusted expert in premium automotive services.
Execute structured follow-up through:
Treat every inbound lead as time-sensitive.
Maintain rapid response standards to maximize appointment conversions.
Learn the complete product catalog, including:
Educate customers with confidence.
Explain:

Generate accurate pricing estimates using the scheduling/POS system.
Guide customers toward confirmed appointments.

Maintain complete records for the in-store team.

During lower call-volume periods, support additional operational activities, including:
Operate as part of a coordinated virtual sales team providing continuous lead coverage across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities include:
