    Job Description

    The Personal Injury Case Manager serves as the operational backbone of the litigation team, ensuring cases move efficiently through the litigation process while providing exceptional support to attorneys, legal staff, medical providers, and clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Scheduling & Treatment Coordination

    • Schedule client medical appointments throughout the treatment phase

    • Monitor treatment progress and identify gaps in care

    • Follow up with clients regarding medical treatment compliance

    • Coordinate appointments involving:

      • Medical providers
      • Expert witnesses
      • Depositions
      • Medical examinations
      • Records reviews
    • Confirm appointments with all parties involved

    • Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently

    • Coordinate calendars between:

    Client Communication & Case Updates

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for injured clients

    • Handle inbound and outbound client communications

    Qualifications

    Required

    • 1–2+ years of experience in a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm

    • Experience in roles such as:

      • Case Manager
      • Legal Assistant
      • Case Assistant
      • Intake Specialist
      • Litigation Support
    • Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle

    • Experience scheduling medical appointments and coordinating treatment

    • Experience managing attorney calendars

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
