Remote – Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday | U.S. Business Hours
About the Role
The Franchise Development Coordinator serves as the organizational backbone of the franchise development process, supporting prospective franchisees from their first expression of interest through the signing of the franchise agreement.
The role is designed to protect the time of franchise development leadership so they can remain focused on relationships, candidate conversations, and closing new franchisees, while the Coordinator ensures that every operational detail behind the scenes moves forward efficiently.
This is a hybrid position by design. Approximately two-thirds of the role focuses on compliance and franchise development operations, including territory checks, Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) coordination, candidate pipeline management, and Confirmation Day preparation. The remaining responsibilities focus on franchise development marketing support, including LinkedIn activity and AI-assisted content production.
The Coordinator owns the candidate experience through the point of sale. Once the franchise agreement is signed, the candidate transitions to the onboarding team. This is a development and compliance position, not a post-sale onboarding role.

About the Company
Our client is a national franchise system within the home-services industry that is expanding its internal franchise development capabilities.
After previously relying on a third-party franchise sales organization, the company is bringing candidate management, compliance, and territory operations in-house to gain greater control over the candidate experience, strengthen compliance, and accelerate franchise growth.
The organization has an established franchisee base and proven brand and is investing in the operational infrastructure necessary to move qualified candidates through the franchise development process faster and more professionally.
This is an important build phase for the organization. The Franchise Development Coordinator will have the opportunity to contribute to how the company's internal development engine operates rather than simply maintaining an already established system.
