The Business Systems / CRM Lead is responsible for owning the company's CRM strategy, business systems roadmap, workflow design, vendor management, automation initiatives, and user adoption across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Business Systems Strategy
Own the end-to-end CRM and business systems function
Evaluate current CRM platforms and future system requirements
Lead structured CRM assessments involving:
Build business cases and ROI analyses for system improvements
Lead CRM migrations when approved
Align systems strategy with operational objectives
Develop long-term business systems roadmaps
Discovery & Workflow Mapping
Conduct stakeholder interviews across departments
Analyze current operational workflows
Map processes involving:
Identify inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks
Quantify process improvement opportunities
Build prioritized systems backlogs
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in:
Experience evaluating and implementing CRM platforms
Strong knowledge of:
Experience managing offshore developers and technical vendors
